Privacy notice

How we handle your information

What this notice covers

StopTheHack Labs uses the information you choose to send us—such as your name, business name, work email and website address—to respond to a service request.

What we collect and why

When you submit the website form, we use the information you provide to respond to your request, discuss a possible service and keep appropriate business records. We do not use the form to test, access or contact any systems or third parties.

Our website form

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS through Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda to our business email inbox using Amazon SES. We do not store form submissions in a database. Limited operational logs may be retained to keep the service secure and investigate faults; they are configured not to contain the information you submit. AWS WAF CAPTCHA is used to distinguish people from automated traffic.

Who receives your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate our business, professional advisers, or where the law requires it. We will not contact your customers or access your systems without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records only for as long as necessary for the purpose they were collected, to meet legal obligations or to resolve a dispute.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to our use of your personal information. To make a request, email contact@stopthehacklabs.com.
